The BEST accounting software for small business owners is Xero Accounting.
I have used numerous accounting software over the past 13 years from desktop versions like MYOB, UBS and SAP to cloud accounting software like Quickbooks Online, Sage Accounting and Wave Accounting. And I think the BEST accounting software for small business owners that’s available in the market right now is Xero Accounting.

Xero Accounting is a cloud-based accounting software with over 3.7 million subscribers across the world. You can easily access Xero Accounting anytime, anywhere as long as you have an internet connection. No more restrictions on physical location or device. All you need to do is just go to Xero Accounting’s website and log in with your username and password.

If you have used desktop accounting software before, then you’ll know how difficult it is to keep your accounting software running smoothly. Updating your accounting software is difficult and requires a certain level of IT skills. The main problem with desktop accounting software is it frequently crashes. And when it happens, you are forced to load your last backup which could be last week or even last month and you have lost all the work that you’ve done after that backup.
