Membership Fee Renewal

Your membership fee will be renewed and charged to your card every year.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

To cancel your annual subscription, just send us an email at [email protected] at least 2 working days before your next mensiversary (monthly anniversary) or your next annual billing cycle and your access to the content and community will be revoked on your next billing date and no further fee will be collected.

There will be no refund if you cancel on month 11 and month 12 as these are the free months. If you cancel between month 2 to month 9 of your annual subscription, your refund will be calculated based on the following formula:

Refund amount = annual subscription fee - (number of months utilized x monthly membership fee)

Example:

Join date: 7th July

Request cancellation 7 days before month 4 mensiversary (7th October)

Number of months utilized: 3 months (7th July to 6th October)

Refund amount = $270 - (3 months x $27) = $189
